Cozy and convenient studio w/ 3 beds 10min frm NYC

Our stay at Grisel’s place was wonderful! Everything was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with several bus connections to the city center nearby. We also appreciated the short walk to the grocery store and Hamilton Park, where we enjoyed the beautiful views of the city skyline. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to New York!

Tutto okay, ma alloggio non idoneo x 4 persone, perfetto x coppia con al massimo 1 figlio. Spostarsi da New Jersey a Manhattan è abbastanza veloce e semplice ma il costo non è trascurabile, sia Taxi, Uber che trasporti pubblici ti fanno pagare il fatto che devi attraversare il Tunnel ed anche se sono solo 2 miglia spendi almeno 25$ in Cab e 17$ con trasporti pubblici per 4 persone…prices for one way only… In ogni modo Grisele è perfetta come Host e rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono

For small groups definitely great! Once we got the hang of going to and from Times Square it was extremely easy! It is an affordable option if you’re only looking for a place to sleep. There are no extras other than some soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower was alright. The sofa was pretty comfy. You are very close to neighbors so keep in mind that the hosts have no control over the surrounding noise. Private place, best if you’re only there to sleep
